About the Author

Hello everyone!

I am Eric Highwater, a fantasy writer from Finland. Apart from my normal boring life, I write and read a lot - in two languages. I've recently entered the English market, and the first 4 books will be published this fall.

My history as an author goes back to 2004, when I started creating the Antoric universe. Ironically, I started the project backwards, from the future with sci-fi and ended back in history with fantasy. The big story is shaped around the Journals of Metorm, which span across time to tell the story of several generations to come. It all begins with a small leap of faith when a young Yoneian boy crosses the Silvon stream to discover something that will change the world.

For all readers, I hope my books will be intriguing and inspiring, and I want to bring my own take on the fantasy genre.
